Whether your child already participates in basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, field hockey, wrestling, cheer, dance, or wants to try something new—they’ll develop their skills and confidence in these camps.

All Sports Academy Camps include:

• Full-day instruction (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Use of Hofstra’s Division I athletic facilities, stadiums, and arenas
• Instruction by members of the Hofstra Athletics coaching staff and current Pride athletes
• Dedicated warm up and cool down periods
• Daily agility training led by Hofstra’s Strength and Conditioning Coaches
• Instructional clinics and guest lecturers
• Friendly yet competitive scrimmages and gameplay
• End-of-week tournaments

Lunch isincluded, and transportation is available as an add-on.
