Aspire to be an expert of t he Salt Mar sh! Guided by local marine scientists par ticipants will conduct scientific research monitoring birds, crabs and plants at the hear t of an 88-acre wetland preserve at West Meadow Creek, Stony Brook . Along wit h discovering the populations, communities and biodiver sity of the mar sh, we’ll observe concepts like zonation, and learn about what we can do to protect the marsh. Participants will
also learn about the diverse field of science related to protecting marine life.

Fee: $225.00 for week. Register by July 30 for the early-bird rate ($210.00).
Minimum 10 participants, maximum 15. Two weeks notice is required for all cancellations without penalty.
