Mommy & Me Virtual Yoga Class

Please join us for a complimentary Mommy & Me Virtual Yoga Class on Saturday, October 3rd at 11:00 am. This class will offer an understanding of yoga practice while improving strength, flexibility and coordination. Participants will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing, visualization and stretching techniques.
