I Love My Park Day

Meeting Location: Volunteers will meet in the open field adjacent to the entrance ramp to the Southern State Parkway Westbound from Peninsula Blvd Southbound. Park staff will have a check in area set up there. Special instructions: Volunteers should park along the brush line of the open field. OPRHP staff will provide gloves, pick sticks, and bags. If volunteers would like to bring their own rakes, shovels, or pick sticks they are encouraged to do so. All tools will be sanitized before and after use.

Project: Shoreline cleanup. Volunteers will collect any items that have washed up along the shoreline, due to the pond being fed from street runoff.
