Friendly Hours For Families Of Children With Special Needs

Friendly Hours allows families of children with special needs to experience the Children’s Museum at a time when there are fewer visitors.  By limiting attendance and reducing sound and lighting levels, a supportive environment is created to allow guests to fully enjoy the Museum’s exhibits.

As COVID-19 cases rise in the region, the Museum has expanded availability to bi-monthly, free visitation hours to support children with disabilities, including children who are medically unable to tolerate a facemask.

Pre-registration for this event is required as attendance is limited.
