Experience a Victorian wake and funeral. The house will be set-up for Isaac Thompson’s wake
Learn Victorian funerary practices and join us for a procession to the family cemetery and listen
as we give our spiritual cemetery tour. The 3rd NY Regiment will be present, performing
maneuver and demonstrating daily life routines. Craft demonstrations include: spinning, weavers,
cooking, broom making, beekeeping, pottery making, sheep shearing, quilting, leather working and metalsmithing. Children’s activities include arts and crafts and old fashioned games and listen t
Colonial Musicians. Purchase an item from one of the many crafts booths or from our manor
gift shop. Food vendor will be on premises too. Admission: Adults $10, Seniors an
