Earth Yoga with Amy Hess

Connect with the Earth and connect with yourself — mind, body and spirit — during a one-hour yoga class in the Main Room of the Nature Center. This is a Gentle Yoga Program for all fitness levels, and will be taught by Amy Hess, a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Students must bring their own mats. $12.00 per class. Pre-registration recommended; Walk- ins welcome.
